Payment
Payment must be received prior to your booking, and is accepted as either cash or e-transfer. A reminder email will be sent out the morning of your booking, and will include the confirmed date and time, along with the total cost for your selected services and details for e-transfer! If cash is your preferred payment method, you will still receive an email but please clarify in your response that you will get the total amount to me in cash before I take your dog(s) on their outing.
Cancellations
Since payment is only due the morning of when you receive the confirmation email, or anytime up until your actual booking time, cancellations are completely allowed and free. If you decide to pay early and then cancel later on, a full refund will always be issued. We understand that life happens and schedules are always changing!
